Planning and implementation of all project activities in the mandal. 2. Ensure that all left over POP join in SHGs and access all project benefits as per their entitlements. 3. Facilitation, nurturing & guidingn Village Organisations & Mandal Samakhyas and ensuring their financial & Managerial sustainability. 4. Ensuring regular rotation of leadership right from SHGs to MS level & ensure timely accomplishment of legal compliances by all VOs and MS as per the circular # 52 & 62. 5. Monitoring and ensuring effective implementation of all CRP strategies in the mandal. 6. Ensure that SHGs access loans from bank as per their entitlement, especially POP SHGs, utilise them for productive purposes and repay bank loans on – time. 7. Facilitate and ensure that all eligible members renew their Social security premiums, loan insurance etc and on-time payment of claims and pensions. 8. Coordinating all mandal level trainings to VOs, MSs & CBO staff as per AWFP/IKP Action plan 9. Ensure that members utilise CIF properly, create assets and repay them on-time 10. Reviewing the performance of mandal Project team member's performance. 11. Timely submission of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly progress reports, MIS and Utilisation Certificates to Area Coordinator. 12. Developing Convergences with Government and Non Government Agencies. 13. Attending the project activities entrusted from time to time by the project. 14. Visit SHGs, VOs and MSs for at least 20 days in a month.
Direct Reporting Officer : District Project Manager - IB Operational Area : Entire DPMU Operational area Work Station : District Head Quarters Key Responsibilites : 1. Supporting SPMU-IB teams in selection, Training and reviewing the performance of Institution Building Component CRPs. 2. Coordinating SHG Trainers training at district level. 3. Monitoring and ensuring effective implementation of SHG Training strategy. 4. Conducting training needs assessment and trainings to MS Office Bearers, MS Functional Committees, CBO staff and Project Staff and monitoring their performance. 5. Ensuring the effective functioning of MS & ZS functional committees. 6. Supporting DPM (IB) in conducting of MS & ZS AWFP workshops. 7. Supporting DPM-IB in training Zilla Samakhya Executive Committee members. 8. Supporting DPM (IB) in preparing and submitting monthly reports and MIS to SPMU. 9. Ensure on time payment of Institution Building component CRPs with the help of DPM (IB). 10. Ensuring the maintenance of documentation of trainings, records, files and documents related to IB 11. Visiting SHGs, VOs, MSs and ZSs for at least 15 days in a month. 12. Attending the IB related project activities entrusted from time to time by the project.
Direct Reporting Officer : Project Director, DRDA-IKP Lateral Reporting & Technical Support : DPMU/TPMU Subject Specialists Operational Area : Concerned Area Coordinator Cluster Work Station : AC Cluster Head Quarter Key Responsibilites : 1. Plan and coordinate all project activities in the Area Coordinator cluster. 2. Facilitate, nurture and guide Mandal Samakhyas and VOs and ensure that they achieve both financial and managerial sustainability. 3. Ensuring that all VOs and MSs accomplish legal compliances in time. 4. Ensure that all left Over POP join in SHGs and access all project benefits as per their entitlement. 5. Ensure the effective implementation of all CRPs strategies in the cluster. 6. Ensure that SHGs access loans from bank as per their entitlement, especially POP SHGs, utilise them for productive purposes and repay bank loans on – time. 7. Conduct periodical reviews of the project staff along with Mandal Samakhya members and prepares action plans for improvement. 13. Preparation and submission of monthly progress reports, MIS, Utilization Certificates and all other reports and submit to Concerned DPMU anchor persons and Project director. 14. Attending the project activities entrusted from time to time by the project. 15. Visit SHGs, VOs, and MSs for at least 15 days/month.
Direct Reporting Officer : Project Director, DRDA-IKP Lateral Reporting : Director - IB Operational Area : Entire DPMU/TPMU Operational area Work Station : District Head Quarters/ TPMU Head Quarter Key Responsibilites : 1. Preparation of context specific Institution Building strategies, facilitation of Annual Work and Finance Plans of MSs and ZS, Budgets and its implementation in the field. 2. Effective implementation of all Institution Building related strategies in the district. 3. Nurturing and handholding of ZS and ensuring its financial sustainability. 4. Training & ensuring effective functioning of MS Office Bearers, MS Functional committees and ZS functional committees. 5. Conducting & coordinating trainings to CBOs, CBO staff and Project staff as per the identified training requirements. 6. Identification, selection, training and reviewing the performance of all Institution Building component related CRPs. 7. Completion of registration of un-registered VOs and MSs under APMACTs act – 1995. 8. Ensuring rotation of leadership right from SHG to ZS level. 9. Ensuring the accomplishment of legal compliances by VOs, MSs and ZS as per circular # 52 & 62. 10. Ensuring CBOs grade their member organizations periodically at least once in 3 months – VO grading SHGs, MS grading VOs and ZS grading MSs. 11. Supporting ZS in converging with various Government agencies. 12. Preparation and timely submission of reports to SPMU – IB unit and Concerned Project Directors. 13. Visiting SHGs, VOs, MSs and ZSs for at least 10 days/month. 14. Attending the IB related project activities entrusted from time to time by the project.
Note: Apart from their regular subject activities Direct Reporting Officer : APM - MS Coordination Lateral Reporting & Technical Support : DPMU/TPMU Subject specialists Operational Area : Entire Mandal Work Station : Mandal Head Quarters Key Responsibilites : 1. Monitoring the effective implementation of SHG Training strategy and ensure that SHGs adopt "Pragathi Ki Padhi Sutralu" function effectively. 2. Monitoring the performance of VOs and ensure that they achieve managerial and financial sustainability. 3. Identification of training needs, planning and conducting of trainings to VOs & MS Executive Committee members. 4. Monitoring and ensuring the effective implementation of all IB CRP Strategies in the mandal. 5. Ensuring that all POP VOs receive SHG trainings and function effectively. 6. Ensure that all VOs accomplish legal compliances as per the circular # 52 & 62. 7. Training and nurturing of VO and MS level staff. 8. Visit SHGs and VOs for at least 20 days/month. 9. Preparation of monthly IB progress reports, MIS and submitting to APM-MS Coordinator. 10. On-time updation of IB data base. 11. Attending the project activities entrusted from time to time by the project.
